Hi,
Just a quick reminder for those that have not been involved in the past
that there will be a KiwiFlash/MacroMedia Special Interest Group meeting
this evening at the Canterbury Development Corporation on the second
floor in the Board room. I look forward to seeing everyone here. The
meeting will begin at 5:30 and will involve the following:
This month the main presentation will be given by James Wallis-Martin on
the topic of Swift 3D. James and his team at nqb8r have experience
working in Swift 3D as well as Flash and James is going to share some of
his tips and tricks with us. Swift 3D is the industry-leading tool for
quickly and easily creating high quality 3D vector and raster animations
for Macromedia Flash(r), video and print design projects.
This is a mid year Christmas Party so please bring something along (a
friend, a present, a decoration, anything your clever mind can think
of...) This month we are giving away a free copy of Studio MX 2004 - you
just have to attend to be in to win. If it is your first time attending
a KiwiFlash meeting your name will only go in the draw once. Anyone who
has attended more than 2 times (including the June meeting) will go in
the draw twice. Good Luck to everyone!
Meeting Place: CDC, 193 Cashel Street (Boardroom)
Time: 5:30 - 7:00 (The main speaker will be presenting for 40 minutes to
give everyone a chance to ask questions and then network at the end).
Drinks and refreshments will be provided
Make sure to pass this email on to anyone you think may be interested in
attending.
Please respond to this email with either YES or NO in the Subject line
to let me know if you will be attending or not (also add + how many
people you are bringing if any).
