At the moment, our newly filed Constitution has just the one membership
status, that of individual. We did debate having an institutional one, but
figured Canterbury Software is all about encouraging personal
relationships and networking amongst our community, and we wanted to
ensure that that remained our focus.We've tried to keep membership as low as possible ($50 is not too bad,
compared to many professional groups...), and have been lucky to have
support from government folk who appreciate our aims.So the short answer is, no, we haven't got associate membership status.
But you are welcome to come along to the AGM (4.30pm, November 29, the
Canterbury Innovation Incubator in Manchester St), and propose it!Cheers,
