To calrify, you can upload a single BSP that supports 6 game modes (Classic Competitive, Classic Casual, Arms Race, Demolition, Deathmatch and Custom) and run it easily in any mode. If you want sub versions of "Custom", such as the one suggested by Georgios below, you'll have to upload two BSPs.

I've done a lot of mapping, in games that use single bsp for separate gamemodes (CSS, TF2) and games that use more than one gamemodes per map (L4D2) and for server admins and users, it's a better off with single gamemode per bsp.
