Create a custom mapgroup (mg_blowup for example) with all the maps you
like, and add it to the start-parameters

I suppose this is to promote hostage maps? It was pretty nice to easily be
able to keep things to bomb defusal only.
Were we warned before hand that this was changing? I have to update all my
