I would not call it a vanilla server. It is using SM.

The only reason I noticed it was because our clan leader was not able to join
one of our servers, until he joined another server and then joined it. Then he
would, without fail, be disconnected in ten minutes. There is no error in the
server console or his console when he can't connect, but I noticed the pure
server file errors when he is disconnected. These are the only two servers that
are consistently populated enough for me to notice the issue so I assumed it
might have been a plugin, but if you are experiencing it on a vanilla server it
might be an issue that only presents itself when there are enough people.
