Just test the scoreboard by using the content of the 'vanilla'
gamemode_casual.cfg in your *.cfg.

Yes I know that cvar exist, but it's already disabled by default and
scoreboard is fucked up with more than 10 players.

There's a cvar on the lines of that which if I remember correctly,
forces the scoreboard to 10 players. It's something like that.
