There's actually more than 1 bug with the scoreboard if you have
halftime swap enabled.
First is the overlapping scoreboard

Second is the always 0-0 showing scoreboard starting since connecting to
the server. It never fixes itself untill map changes - if at all.

Both of these have been around since the game launched, been mentioned
multiple times and no one pays attention. Just like many other long
standing bugs that hinder gameplay daily.

is enabled the overlapping of scoreboard appears and if it is
disabled the scoreboard works with more than 10 players.
Apparently the only fix for this is to not use halftime, if

There's a cvar on the lines of that which if I
remember correctly, forces the scoreboard to 10
players. It's something like that.
