Existing CS:GO server installation (app id 740) says it is already up to date. Of course, I don't believe this because manually running an update on it via SteamCMD didn't download any new content.
Trying to connect from CS:GO / CS2 client (whatever we're calling it), when I try to manually connect to server with "connect" command in console, it says: "Unable to establish a connection to the game-server" So much for those believing that before the launch Valve would bother to update community server operators on what's happening, and what (if anything to do).
