I've found the online courses through the International Web masters 
Association/HTML Writers Guild to be very good.   They offer 3 levels of 
CSS classes, as well as much much more. http://iwa-hwg.eclasses.org/

You get a big discount for joining the organization.  The membership is 
not expensive.
