Web Type Expert is the best book I know of dedicated to typography on
the web. It's no better than mediocre on the subject, but the rest
are worse.
That having been said, there *are* books about web design that have
excellent advice on typography:
Cascading Style Sheets (Lie and Bos)
Zen of CSS Design (Holzschlag and Shea)
Cascading Style Sheets: Separating Content From Presentation (Briggs,
Champeon, Costello, Patterson)
are among the best on the subject.
