I'm not sure if you're still looking for comments, so ignore this if you're already good to go. :)
In FireFox: I see a graphic on every link except the "inserted graphic" lines, where I don't see the graphic on either "inserted" bullet. In ie: I see a graphic on the very first line and all 4 bullets under the first "refinements" section.
