XP_SP2 Moz 1.7.12 Perfect. FF1.5 rc3 /was/ fine until the fox saw the 
hare(sunset)-- now footer thumbs goofy. And Rahul Gonsalves got this 
different version of the dilemma with the header going goofy in 1.5

Enough is enough, already :-P .Revised header/footer with no thumbs in
