Just make the exact image dimensions and radius with the heading 'news1' . Save it as a transparent png (no background) in your image editing program. Fireworks is the best for this
Create the div as before but put the img in. I rember trying to put it in as a background-image but this does not support transparency so you will have to use the img tag.
