Actually nothing.  It is that on one page I want the list centered.
Each item in the list is the same length, so the bullets actually do
line up, I just feel this list looks better centered, than left
justified.  And, in this particular case, I know the data will never get
over one line.  If it actually did, I would then left justify the list.
