Hi.

I'm trying to get two bits of text to sit on opposite sides
(left/right) of a header, and various sources suggest using the
"opposing floats" method. The problem that I have with that is that
the opposing floats "top align (which becomes apparent when the text
sizes differ.

In order to show what I'm talking about, I've set up example code from
the aListApart website example here:
www.sourceworks.co.uk/aListApartSplittingTheDifference

and the example code from the "peach pit" website "exandable rows"
example (by Dan Cederholm) here:
www.sourceworks.co.uk/peachpitExpandableRows

In both cases, the smaller text (on the right) is top aligned, whereas
what I'm trying to achieve is to bottom align the text on the right.

All of the examples on
http://www.positioniseverything.net/easyclearing.html are top-aligned
too, so that doesn't appear to help.

All suggestions gratefully received...

Jaime
