Actually this problem manifests itself in IE6 and lower. I have posted a
very simple SAMPLE page to illustrate the problem.

Note: Other problems will be evident on the page but please pay them no
mind. This is only a test page used to display my problem.

I have a simple 3-column style layout with a header above. The left column,
which I have named "leftcol", is positioned fine. In the next column, I have
a container that I have named "rightcontain" which I also floated left to
position it beside "leftcol". In IE7 and Firefox (the newer browsers), all
seems to be fair and good. In IE 6 and lower, "rightcontain" slides up under
"leftcol". Is there a rendering bug that I am not paying attention to or
have I neglected to do something? How can I fix this?
