It validates as CSS and as XHTML Transitional using the W3C validator pages, and the problem still occurs. Interesting that you don't see it. Oh, I just remembered. If you are using XP perhaps you are running Service Pack 2? The bug doesn't seem to appear in that version. If there is anyone running a pre-service pack 2 version of IE6, could you give this a shot? To reiterate, take a look at this page: http://www.tellura.co.uk/trunctest/trunctest.htm The page *may* load with the main column cut off at the same level as the right column. If it doesn't, do a right-click on the white-on- blue graphic text at the top of the page and choose "Properties" from the popup. This should trigger the truncation. If anyone can help me throw light on this I would be grateful - I am tearing out what little remains of my hair over this :-( Thanks, Ian. -- ______________________________________________________________________ css-discuss [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.css-discuss.org/mailman/listinfo/css-d IE7 information -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/?page=IE7 List wiki/FAQ -- http://css-discuss.incutio.com/ Supported by evolt.org -- http://www.evolt.org/help_support_evolt/
