Hi David,

I saw some CSS and markup validation errors but have removed the  
offending rules. It validates as CSS and as XHTML Transitional using  
the W3C validator pages, and the problem still occurs. Interesting  
that you don't see it.

Oh, I just remembered. If you are using XP perhaps you are running  
Service Pack 2? The bug doesn't seem to appear in that version.

If there is anyone running a pre-service pack 2 version of IE6, could  
you give this a shot? To reiterate, take a look at this page:

The page *may* load with the main column cut off at the same level as  
the right column. If it doesn't, do a right-click on the white-on- 
blue graphic text at the top of the page and choose "Properties" from  
the popup. This should trigger the truncation.

If anyone can help me throw light on this I would be grateful - I am  
tearing out what little remains of my hair over this :-(
