I am trying to create a navigation such as this one:

(NOT the tutorial but the main navigation itself. ie
Home/Products/Tutorials/Extensions/Support)
For example, the horizontal list items appear when the user hovers over and
highlights the main nav item while also allowing the subnav items to be
clicked on.
I tried to replicate this but i can only manage to have the sub nav list
items to be displayed when the main nav items are clicked. What is the trick
to obtaining this effect?
