Can anyone tell me why there's a padding / margin of approx. 13 pixels at
the top of http://www.loubradley.com/new/aboutlou.htm

I know it's a bit messy, I'm still working on it, but this is html that was
used with a totally different stylesheet that I am reworking and I can't
seem to get rid of the gap.

It's not there in IE, just Firefox & Safari, and in Safari, the wallpaper
doesn't line up properly either.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Joanne
