Just in case a CSS neophyte is reading this thread, I'd like to scotch
once and for all the notion that there is such a thing as "fixed font
sizing". Nearly all browsers and operating systems allow text to be
re-sized in some way. IE can override specified font sizes via its
"accessibility" options. Other browsers respect the text size options
chosen by your visitors.

I don't mean to put you down in any way. But I help out in a web
design class, and most students are utterly convinced that, as
authors, they have achieved "fixed font sizes" for their pages.
