Well, frankly, it *will* have a head and body (as stated in the previous email). It's included in the header and footer that I *have* to use. But regardless of whether or not it *does* have a head and body tag (which it will) it still does this in IE7. So I went ahead and took it out so that I wouldn't be violating my NDA, and I could show you the problem.
