I have had a look but sorry don;t have time to diagnose completely but it
looks like it is the IE arithmetic tripping it up.

Have you tried reducing the width of the bloque/noticias wherever it has a
set width? Usually this is due to bad percentage calculation by IE but I
cannot find any percentage widths set but I am sure that's the place to
look.

Or give the 'everything' container a tad more width?
