Hi Shin,
... And welcome.

For your PNG transparency woes, you may like to consider using 8-bit
PNGs. I think they would work for you - I'm not sure, but you may find
single-color transparency adequate. That works on all flavors of IE.
If not, and you need semi-transparent areas, again, 8-bit PNGs may work.
