my apologies to David and the list, Bill pointed me to my fault... I gave you the wrong URL to check, as the language-module installed on the CMS detects the browser language and gives you the english version which is empty instead of the german one, which can be reached by http://h3r-gba.de/cms/de/test As my german browser shows the right page either way, I didn't think of that.
