Mustafa:

It is working with "actual world designs" where we must use "hacks" 
to get the effect we want to show across different browsers OR change 
the design. Remember, you are the one who is picking a design element 
that is being seen differently by different browsers.

If you want stable and simple, then limit your design to the common 
denominators across browsers. However, I think you'll find that 
little of this is stable and simple.
