The real world is light years from ideal. Most sites over-specify via
repetition, classes & IDs, making generic user styles close to useless, and
requiring inordinate time for site-specific style overrides to be more than
nominally useful for those with working knowledge of CSS. It's completely
hopeless for mere mortals.
