I don't know what your intent is, but the buttons in #menu are stacked in
only two columns of three rows each. This might not seem wierd if they were
centered in #container, but they aren't lined up with anything else either.

div#body # 600px wide is seriously narrow at high resolution, producing
content lines only 6-9 words wide. Replacing 600px with a min/max ruleset
based in em (at least 40em, but it takes at least 49em here for all of your
first P to fit on one line) could keep the line lengths sensible.
http://fm.no-ip.com/SS/bbcSS.html shows the basic problem of narrow px width
content containers on high resolution systems.
