The problem is in FF/2x, SeaMonkey, and also Camino.

Firefox is rendering correctly in latter versions. SeaMonkey will 
catch-up, eventually. So will Camino.
The correction for FF2x, SeaMonkey (that will catch-up), and Camino 
(that will catch-up) may be to build a simpler construct that they can 
understand, right-now. It is up to you to decide if you want to do that. 
Or, if you want to just forget FF/2x; and, ride with a broken page in 
SeaMonkey and Camino until such time as they catch-up?
