Hi,
I'm building a site, and only have one page at this point:
http://www.locallaw11news.com There are two issues I'm having.

1. I have a contain div for the whole page, and it is #bodyContainer. Then I
have an unordered list nav bar at the top, with another container div for the
rest of the content (#underNav). Well I want a solid filled footer to cap off
the bottom of my page, but I'm getting an ugly space between the footer and the
border of #underNav. I tried playing around with the CSS, and even moving the
header outside of #underNav in the html, but that just about completely made
the border vanish. Any suggestions on a solution?

2. I have four contain divs inside of #underNav (to make columns across my
page). I added a class to the title text of three of the containers
(.columnTitle), but can't get the text to center about the top of the
containers. I have no clue why the text-align command isn't working. Any
solutions?

Everything validates and I'm looking at my page in Google Chrome.

The CSS is here:
