In html4, yes, but it is part of html5

That will centre the iframe (unless otherwise specified, a 300px by  
150px box), but not the content of the iframe.

If you want to style (centering or whatever) the content of the  
iframe, you need to apply the styling to -and from- the page/document  
that loads in the iframe.
