thank you so much for this article, it demostrates teh exact problem but, I'm afraid, does not make it very clear what the exact problem is and what the best solution is. Can anyone offer the reason this is happening and the best solution? I see Alan has a long list of fixes, do any one of these work or are they to all be used?
