I don't want to sound cynical, but personally speaking
I would never rely on Dreamweaver's WYSIWYG rendering
to suggest how an HTML document might appear in a
conformant browser.  In my experience, DW almost never
grasps the full subtlety of CSS, and its rendering
usually leaves a great deal to be desired.
