Hmm, wouldn't trust that too much (understatement of the day...). border-fit ? 
border-corner-image ? border-image-transform ?

As Philip Taylor notes in another message, first place to go to investigate any 
css property is the W3C server. That is the only authoritative resource.
And _always_ doubt about a blogpost that doesn't link to the current W3C doc.
