Neither ? HTML 5 was, the last time I looked, simply "work in progress"; there is no reason at all to adopt it (unless you want to be one of the early adopters) nor to expect any browser to support anything contained therein. Unless/until HTML 5 becomes a formal W3C specification, I would strongly recommend sticking with HTML 4.01 Strict.
