I can't replicate this problem on any of our Windows 7 machines...
Three people have told me that they're seeing the handheld version of
my site when using FF, IE9 or Chrome at full screen on Windows 7,
Vista or Mac. One of them says they see the handheld version at *all*
resolutions on their Windows machine. However, three others tell me
they see only the desktop version of the site on FF, IE9 or Chrome on
Windows, full screen or not.
Only observations so far...
On window 7 in IE9, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera I get only the
full screen (fixed width 780px wide 2-col) layout no matter the window size.
In Opera Mobile emulator on window 7 I get mobile (1-col) layout from
window-width 480 down, and then again from window-width 768 up to 1024.
Between 481 and 768, and above 1024, I get the full screen (2-col) layout.
