If you can get a friends iPhone and plug it into a Mac, safari will let you use the inspect element on your mobile safari browser.
Looks to me like the div that holds the modal is growing too big. The modal is centered, but what ever the modal is centered to is larger then the phone view. I have a iPhone 5 with 7.0.4. If I get a chance I'll try the inspect element on your site.
