Ha ha, it's funny how this topic always seems to come up.

To answer your poll:
I'm currently using Eclipse at work.
I used to develop on Netbeans, but was forced to use Eclipse when I
started at Metropolitan, since it has a Rational ClearCase plugin for
Source Control.
I'm also a fan of IntelliJ, but haven't used it in a while.

Out of the 3 above, IntelliJ is probably the most pleasurable to work
with.

Subject: [CTJUG Tech] Java IDE's

Hi all,

Thought it would be interesting to know what Java IDE's (Integrated
Development Environments) are being used across the group and which
are the most popular based on usage. Am sure it would be interesting
for everyone to get an idea. The intention is not to start a debate on
the merits ! Just to look at popularity based on current use.

If you post the development environment tool you are using to this
thread then we can list the IDE's and then add up the numbers ?

I am currently using; Rational Software Architect / Rational
Application Developer

Regards,
Rob.
