I received this information today from Stephen Casey our Gale representative. Please read the following message and contact Gale Technical Support at the number listed below if you need help during the network changeover. UPDATE: Gale Group Network Changeover Gale Group will be changing the IP addresses of the machines customers use to access all of the Web based products. Some customers have technology to allow access to approved internet sites, and some will require some special information in order to successfully access and use Gale Group web products. This switchover will start on the evening of Wednesday, 27 March 2002 and will slowly perpetuate through the Internet during the following days. If a customer has an access problem, they need to immediatly call our Technical Support Department at (800) 877-4253 option 4. Our technicians will be standing by to take calls related to the network changes and will be able to provide the affected customers with the information they need to get up and running. Communications have been sent to the customers via ListServe and Gale Update regarding this change.
