In the last issue of "Information Searcher", a magazine done
by Pam
Berger, there was an article entitled "Web Talkster: The Talking
Browser." The browser free and allows you to have your browser
"talk"
the content of a webpage by means of several different characters. By
selecting a portion of the website, the character can be directed to
read the highlighted portion of the text. The program can even operate
without being connected to the Internet for offline review of documents
or saved pages.
Once the software is downloaded and installed, anyone can use it.
