It is probable that FY04-FY05 funding for the TexShare databases will be reduced and some databases will be dropped. The TexShare Electronic Information Working Group (EIWG) asks each library to complete a three question survey on which databases you think are most important to your library. So far, about 190 public libraries (of about 540) and about 100 academic libraries (of about 125) have responded (for results so far: http://www.texshare.edu/cfdocs/database/results.cfm). If your library has not submitted a survey, please do so by March 10 (only one survey per library will be counted). To access the survey, go to http://www.texshare.edu/survey.cfm Enter your Library's name and click "search".
