Canada is set up as a system which is run by dictators working in shifts.
That assertion comes from the Editor of the Financial Post daily. I
didn't make it up. Or, to quote Ezra Levant, LL.B., assistant to the
Official Opposition Leader when Ezra was on the PWL TV show, Canada has
four years of dictatorship and one day of democracy. However, BC (pop.
4,000,000) now has the 1996 Recall and Initiative Act and it is a whole
new ball game here.
