UN officials have stated that the world's population must be reduced
from its current 5+ billion to 500 million (i.e. reduced by 90%).
The nationwide spraying of ethylene dibromide documented at
http://www.islandnet.com/~wilco/investsky.htm
is clearly being done using military aircraft
at the direction and with the
authorization of President Clinton.
Since the spraying has also been reported in other countries,
the UN is almost certainly involved.
Since this spraying is causing so much illness and a number of
deaths, it raises the question whether this is the beginning
of a Clinton/UN campaign to reduce US population to levels
consistent with UN recommendations by genocidal means.
Should President Clinton be charged with Crimes against Humanity
and/or Genocide for his involvement with this activity?
