  Sorry, Bob, If someone borrows your car, gets drunk/DUI ect. you are in no way 
responsible
  for that, you would have to be psychic to know ahead of time....and that is not what 
is taught
  in AA....Besides you don't get your vehicle back if you win the criminal case, then 
you have to beat
  the civil case....which takes money, which you have to make, while trying to 
hitchhike to work....
  all because someone got a DUI in your vehicle.....besides this isn't being done to 
protect anyone
  TEO is right it's about GREED/MONEY....and control.....
