All very true.

Up until now I was completely with you. I, too, do not believe that
anyone has succeeded in producing a free energy device. However, I am
not so sure that these last two sentences are true. There are two
reasons I believe this. First, there is too much belief that free energy
is not possible within the laws of physics. There would simply be too
much friction for this to be accepted right away. Sure there would be
some who would accept the reality fairly quickly, but what of all those
who will not even accept the possibility at present? Secondly, I believe
that there are economic forces which would work to keep such news out of
the mainstream media.

Good advice for many, but not for all. Some are already masters at skepticism.
