Possible top-secret Middle East meeting, by any chance? ****************** It is definitely the case that secret negotiations between Israel, the PLO and other leading Arabs continued after 1993, and in forms unpublicised in the world's media. Without doubt. One need only remember how parallel to the publicised Madrid talks there were talks in Oslo. Personally I suspect there may have been formal talks in a third place at the same time. On one occasion a top-secret meeting with Rabin in a Paris hotel was leaked by a French 'journalist'. There must be several such unpublicised high-level meets, in Geneva, Paris, or wherever. Make no mistake, THIS is the way that any deal, if there is going to be a deal, will be agreed.
