-Caveat Lector-

Very brief article in the Niagara Gazette today:

"NYC doctor admists stealing specimens
The Associated Press
NEW YORK -- A New York doctor pleaded guilty Wednesday to stealing blood
specimens from Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo and selling them
for personal profit.
Arvind Bhargava agreed in State Supreme Court to repay at least
$30,000 to Roswell Park, where he worked as a chemistry supervisor from
1974 to 1996. Sentencing is scheduled for June 18."

That's all the article said. Anybody have any further info on this?
Why would someone want to purchase blood specimens of cancer patients?
Better yet...WHO would want to?
