Look govt costs money. To me it seems those who have the most (myself included), those who benefit the most, from our society, those who can best shoulder the burden of keeping our society running, should pay the lion's share. We all want good schools, good roads, etcetc. This costs If joe paying the same dollar amount, starves his children in order to pay, that's a problem. Clearly. If Steve can pay more, with less effect on his life, doesn�t it make sense he should?
