People who go to war (or in the case of the current and past administrations who've sent other peoples' kids off to war) tend to exhibit something along the lines of a death wish, for themselves (or for others' kids). I don't consider this to be too healthy, physically or mentally (except for the ones who get to watch the proceedings on the tube so many thousands of miles away in th safety of their barcaloungers. Keeping order in the World? By superimposing one defective culture's values (and not ideals) upon another vastly different yet imperfect culture?
