Again, this is a case of market demand. What is the exact cost, Bill? It is miniscule, for what it's worth, amounting to a tiny fraction of the cost of general marketing used on packaging, such as different color inks and illustrations. And how are you being forced to pay for any of it? You could simply not buy food from companies which use Kosher labeling, if you so strongly object to any of your money going to anyone who would certify Kosher.
