In any event, NESARA is unnecessary. A president could simply stop financing the US gov't by borrowing from the Federal Reserve and begin issuing debt-free financing from the US Treasury, as Lincoln did and JFK was in the process of doing. As a youth I briefly possessed a $5 United States Note, so this was not made up by some conspiracy theorist. However, a president who wants to survive such a move must have the support of enough military power to force the private owners of the Federal Reserve to back down. With Hastert and others making noise about reforming the tax system, a change would not be surprising. Also, to shift the energy supply from explosion technology to implosion, a president must make sure the transition is smooth. Thus an uninterrupted oil supply must be assured until the military can be retooled.
